The fare is available on most routes, and to request the stopover you only have to buy a ticket that contains at least two sections with a stopover in Madrid, from/to any international destination.

“It is key that the selection of the ticket is made by choosing the stopover fare, since cannot be added as an extra after acquired. The service can be requested for both round trips and one-way trips, although if you buy a round trip, it applies to a single section,” the company explains.
