When, where and how much does entry to FIT 2024 cost?

There are only a few days left until the start of the great tourism festival in the City of Buenos Aires. It is that of the September 28 to October 1, The Rural will host a new edition of the Tourism Fair: FIT 2024.

For four days, FIT 2024 will concentrate all tourism in one placesomething that will allow those who are planning their next vacation a close meeting with different tourism providers.

People will be able to search for offers, check prices and see different options both in Argentina and abroad.

At the same time, professionals in the sector will be able to sit down to negotiate and establish new business opportunities.

“As we get closer to the date expectations grow and all the destinations that will be present at FIT begin to spread the news, attractions and activities that they prepare especially for the Fair,” said Andrés Deyá, president of FIT and the Argentine Federation of Associations of Travel and Tourism Companies -FAEVYT-, entity that organizes the event and that has Brazil as a guest country: it will have an exclusive sector designed to show the best of the neighboring country, of each of the states, cities and tour operators.

He added: “Throughout the year we prepare these four days to surprise with the latest trends in tourismnew sectors for visitors to enjoy and the renewal of the inevitable FIT classics”

Considered “a meeting space that strengthens professional relationships and enhances growth opportunities in the tourism sector”, there are some figures that show the importance of this fair, which is the fourth most important worldwide.

For this year More than 1,700 exhibitors are expected, 50 countriesall Argentine provinces and the expectation of exceeding the number of visitors: in 2023 there were 125,000.

The International Tourism Fair – FIT 2024 is from September 28 to October 1, in La Rural.

• Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29, it opens from 2 to 9 p.m. and can be visited by both professionals in the tourism sector and the general public.

• Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1, open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Only professionals in the sector can enter.

During the weekend, the general public can circulate between the stands of the tourism providers.

Travel agencies, airlines, hotels, land transportation companies, traveler assistance, tourist attractions and many more will be present.

Added to all this is that many of the exhibitors organize presentations with artistic shows, Argentine parties, the presence of characters (they promise that Maligno, the Olympic BMX Freestyle medalist, will be there) and tastings.

What’s new in this new edition:

• FIT Cruises: a specific sector for cruises with offers, packages and opportunities.
• FIT Fooda sector dedicated to gastronomy. Exhibitors, chefs and local producers will offer tastings and talks about gastronomic news. And the fourth edition of the “Campionato Pizzaioli”.
• FIT Outdoorsa space for outdoor activities and adventure. From a hot air balloon to bicycle testing, 4×4 and more.

• Friends/family Pack (4 tickets): $18,000
