“Our fears often enslave us and do not let us live. That is why it is essential for us to meet God in prayer, it is a privileged way to have a relationship with Him, to experience His being and find an existential response to our sufferings,” he states.
“Prayer is like breathing”
For the author of the book, prayer is as necessary as breathing, while ensuring that there is “no magic formula” to do it correctly.
“The magical thing in prayer is meeting God, the magical thing is in humility. When one makes a downward path in humility, there one truly experiences the presence of God, his divinity, and that is what marvels us, the experience of the presence of God and his merciful love is the greatest of wonders.”
