The meeting aims to know more about the history and development of family jubilee, and reflect especially on the importance of family in contemporary society, as well as on the experience of marriage and family spirituality.
In addition, it will analyze the conclusions and teachings of the Jubilee of the 2025 families, which is held from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1, 2025.
With a duration of two hours, the seminar will include an introduction dedicated to the history and purpose of families’ jubilee, the importance of the family in the Church: how the family is considered the “domestic church”; and the message of Pope Leo XIV about the family.
Then a reflection table on the urgency of the family in today’s or contemporary society will be developed, and another on family spirituality.
The closing of the meeting will be a final reflection on what has been lived in the jubilee, a joint prayer for the families of the world, and an invitation to continue the spiritual path beyond the jubilee.
To do this, it will feature guest speakers from Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador and Colombia.
Participation is free, with prior registration in This link.
