The HNA. Gracellia Molina, vicepostulator of the cause of canonization of the Beata María de San José, referred “to the misinformation that is currently rolling on social networks”, noting that the congregation has documentation of a multitude of alleged miracles and favors received by intercession of its founder.
“We have more documentation of two cases, but we never specify that they were the only two cases. Since vicepostulation, from the congregation in Venezuela, we are documenting not two, but many cases of favors granted. We continue working on that,” said the HNA. Molina in an interview with ACI Press.
In addition, the religious explained that currently one of those cases is the one that “has the most possibilities of being approved,” although she indicated that it is a very long process of studies before receiving the approval of the Holy See.
“Our mother’s canonization does not yet come. We need to be in the Roman phase, which we have not yet arrived, but we expect it soon. Only God knows it. We are working on having the greatest possible guarantees, that there is no doubt that in this case a divine intervention was received,” added the vicepostulator.
“It is important not to fall into these types of rumors because it would be misinform, it is not reality or what has wanted to manifest,” said the HNA. Molina However, he assured that the situation can serve for people to find out that the cause of lanate canonization is active and pray for that intention.
