Vatican prohibits traditional Mass during pilgrimage of young Catholics in Spain

The Vatican prohibited the celebration of the traditional Latin Mass within the framework of the upcoming youth pilgrimage of Our Lady of Christianity to the Sanctuary of Covadonga, in Asturias (Spain).

This was announced by the organizers of the fourth edition of the pilgrimage, through their social networks.

“From the Archbishopric of Oviedo they have informed us that they have received instructions from the Dicastery for Divine Worship indicating that the Traditional Holy Mass should not be celebrated in Covadonga,” they indicate.
