Pope Francis greeted the Archbishop of Valencia (Spain), Mons. Enrique Benavent, and the Commission for the Centenary of the Coronation of the Virgin of the Forsaken this Wednesday, April 24.
In the meeting with the Holy Father, after finishing the General Audience, some representatives of the Board of the Archconfraternity of the Virgin also participated.
The Valencian delegation presented the Holy Father with a replica of the image of the Virgin of the Forsaken and also gave him the book and medal of the Centenary of the Coronation, as well as the latest recording of songs by the Escolanía made on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the entity.
