Mons. Cristiano Guilherme Borro Barbosa was born on October 11, 1976 in Adamantina, in the diocese of Marilia in Brazil. He is 47 years old. He is surpassed in youth only by Bishop Joseph Armando Espaillat, Auxiliary Bishop of New York, who will turn 47 on December 27.
The Bishop-elect will receive episcopal consecration on February 3, 2024 at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston.
