The Messenger publisher published in Spanish the trilogy of unpublished texts of Carlo Acutis compiled by his mother, Antonia Salzano, who will soon arrive in Latin America, a few weeks after his canonization by Pope Leo XIV.
After his death in 2006 because of a leukemia, his mother reviewed the archives, annotations and meditations of his son, among which some spiritual reflections on the Eucharist or the follow -up of Christ, as well as evangelization projects on the Internet “whose magnitude and depth surprised even his family”, as detail in a statement, the editorial.

“All these spiritual sources, never before offered to the general public systematizedly, constitute the most genuine and current voice of Carlo Acutis,” according to the editorial, and “show how her faith lived in everyday life, help to understand their spiritual path closely and are especially useful for those who seek light in their day to day, a faith that can be lived and the certainty that holiness remains possible today.”
Editorial sources confirm to ACI Press that, “the three volumes will be available in Latin America on very close dates under the same messenger stamp, and will be published by the Buena Press publishers, Agape Books and Editorial Celam.”
Who is Carlo Acutis, the first saint millennial
Carlo Acutis was born on May 3, 1991 in London (United Kingdom), where his parents worked. A few months later they moved to Milan (Italy). From a young age, he showed a special inclination towards the sacred, even if his parents were not especially devotees.
After his first communion, he went to Mass every time he could, prayed the rosary daily and was frequently confessed weekly. His testimony of faith led his mother to experience a deep conversion.
The young man had some mystical experiences. In one of them, the Virgin of Fatima asked her to consecrate the Sacred Heart of Jesus and her Immaculate Heart. One of his passions was to disseminate the Eucharistic miracles, which he studied and documented, creating virtual exposure.
Deterred in 2006, he was buried in Assisi, for his devotion to San Francisco. His cause of canonization began in 2013. He was declared venerable in 2018 and Blessed on October 10, 2020
On September 7 he will be canonized at a ceremony chaired by Leo XIV in which the holiness of Italian Pier Giorgio Frassati will also be proclaimed.
