The Spanish Foundation of Christian Lawyers has filed a complaint against two teachers from a secondary school in the Valencian town of Requena (Spain), who dressed up as nuns and who mocked Catholics.
The teachers, who among the elements of the costume included an inverted wooden cross hanging from their necks, performed in this way on the occasion of 8M, International Women’s Day.
The complaint filed before the Court of First Instance and Instruction of Requena accuses the two teachers of a possible hate crime and another against religious feelings included in the Spanish Penal Code.
