The promoters of the Rosary for Spain consider that “the Spanish nation is at a crossroads” and threatened by “its progressive balkanization, the kidnapping of Parliament by anti-Spanish forces, the destruction of the middle class and the lack of a true national project.” Given this panorama, they denounce, “the ruling partitocratic oligarchy has forgotten, on most occasions, the function of any just form of government: seeking the common good.”
The manifesto delves into the reasons for this diagnosis, pointing out that “the ‘Land of Mary’ suffers, above all, from a moral and spiritual bankruptcy” in which traditional religiosity has been replaced by “false secular religions” that have corrupted “the deepest roots of the Spanish people.”
