The traditional black pancakea faithful companion to many breakfasts and snacks and a classic of Argentine bakeries, will have its tribute next weekend in Tapalqué, province of Buenos Aires.
It’s just that the days January 11 and 12 will be celebrated 13th Black Cake Festival at the Tapalqué Municipal Spa and they promise party, music and a lot of flavor.

This year, it is expected exceed the 12 meters long it was last summer to consolidate “a record that reflects the festive spirit and passion for this typical bill,” the organization says.
“With great pride and joy, Tapalqué is preparing to celebrate a good, beautiful and Buenos Aires festival, which grows year after year and consolidates itself as one of the favorites of the summer season in the interior of Buenos Aires,” said tourism director Lala Baciocco.
“The Black Cake Festival is a meeting point for families. Our goal is that everyone who visits us enjoys their experience so much that they want to return soon and share their enthusiasm for this destination. This is fundamental for us, as it allows us to contribute positively to the local economy, benefiting areas such as hospitality, gastronomy and commerce,” he added.
