As a result of the studies, a list of these topics will be presented to Pope Francis and, on those he indicates, “groups of experts from all continents will be convened to work, with the involvement of the competent Dicasteries of the Roman Curia, in an ecclesial dynamization coordinated by the General Secretariat of the Synod.”
Likewise, the document highlights the testimony that the members who participated in the 2023 assembly must give and establishes that the synodal process will be guided by the three levels on which it has worked until now: the level of each local Church, that of the groups of Churches (national, regional and continental) and that of the Church as a whole.
Finally, a report on the progress of this work will be presented in the October 2024 session.
