He lived in Porto Alegre, in the house of Acolhida Santo Enrique de Ossó, located next to the Provincial House of the Teresian sisters of Brazil, a community to which he joined at 19, in 1927.

Originally from São Francisco de Assis (RS), INAH was a niece tornue of General David Canabarro, one of the main leaders of the Farroupilha Revolution (1835-1845) in Rio Grande del Sur. He studied at a nun school and, at 19, he entered the novitiate with the Teresian sisters in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Throughout more than a century, he witnessed innumerable changes in the world and in the Church. He lived the two world wars and went through the pontificate of ten potatoes. In the year he was born, the Pope was St. Pius X.
Inah was a teacher throughout her life, teaching Portuguese, mathematics, science, history, art and religion in Teresian schools in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Itaqui (RS) and Santana do Livramento, a city where she was especially loved, since there spent much of her life.
An outstanding event in his life was the creation of the Martial Band of the Santa Teresa College in Santana do Livramento, which had 115 musical instruments and traveled for presentations in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. He also guided and helped create the Marcial Band of Liceu Pomoli in Rivera, Uruguay, sister city of Santana do Livramento.
Sister INAH was a fan of the International Sport Clube, founded in 1909, when she had only one year.
With his death, the longest person in the world becomes the English Ethel Caterham, born on August 21, 1909, who is 115 years old.
