The Archbishop of Valencia, (Spain), Mons. Enrique Benavent, has presided over the solemn mass in honor of San José, patron of his diocese, in which he has stressed that the adoptive father of Jesus is “a saint close to the Christians who live the faith in a discreet way.”
“That is why he is a saint so loved by the Christian people, who awakens confidence in simple believers in decisive times,” he added.
