Tandil is celebrating
Cheese is a typical product of Tandil. More than 40 varieties: smoky, creamy, spicy, with mushrooms and serranos.
On December 1, 2 and 3 the Tandilero Cheese Festival. Different varieties of local origin will be presented such as provoleta, provolone, gruyère, blue, pecorino, cheddar, Romano, camembert, brie, tybo, granjerito, cuartirolo, port salut, mozzarella, pastoril, fontina, pategras, sardo.
There will also be pepato, barra, reggianito, brin d’amour, parmesan, dambo, fynbo, morbier, feta, grated, sheep halloumi, cow halloumi, manchego, dessert, gouda, flavored gouda, hollanda (smoked, free-range and flavored) , hollandita, sbrinz and creamy.
The party will take place at Diagonal of Independence Park and there will be a wide variety of activities: cheese tastings, local producer fairs, culinary demonstrations, live music.
On the other hand, also from December 1 to 3, the second edition of Afilada will take place, an event that brings together artisanal knife makers.
There will be 3 days of exhibition, sale, talks and live knife forging. You will be able to meet various companies and artisans.
Among the special guests are Facundo Fadón, champion of Desafío Sobre Fuego, the reality show on the History Channel, and Sandro Boeck, from Brazil, a world leader in high-quality knives.
Berissense craft beer
The Berisso Brewers Association organizes on December 1, 2 and 3 the Craft Beer Festival.
The city established itself as a relevant beer hub with a variety of beer styles.
The celebration includes a food court, Technical talks about the production process and an important stage with local bands that will have the Municipal Civic Park beach as its epicenter.
Recipes that revive tradition
A new edition of the National Cake Festival. It will be on December 2 and 3 in Gouin, town of Carmen de Areco.
