“How many times,” said Pope Francis, “over the centuries, the great dreams of freedom and equality, of dignity and fraternity, a mirror of God’s dream, have produced advances and progress.”
In this sense, he recommended working on what he defined as “three valid attitudes for your commitment: the courage to break molds, attention to the weak and the promotion of legality.”
The Pontiff invited them to cultivate “confrontation and listening with an open heart, without excluding anyone, at the political, social and religious level, so that the contribution of each one can, in its concrete peculiarity, be positively received in the processes of change to which our future is linked.”
