The interview, conducted during a private visit to the Casa Santa Marta where the Pontiff resides, was conducted by Roberto Pacilio, head of the Press Office for the First World Children’s Day to be held in Rome from May 25 to 26. .
“I have always liked using public transport: it is a way to be among people, to feel their warmth and concerns. During high school I took the train every day from Flores to Floresta, two neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Today it is one of the habits that I miss the most,” says the Pontiff.
