Pope Francis, 88, entered the Gemelli Polyclinic on February 14 due to the bronchitis he suffers. Given this situation, the Franciscan missionaries of the Eternal Word, a religious order of Frailes founded by Mother Angelica, have shared a special prayer for their prompt recovery:
Padre Celestial,
We thank you for the love service of Pope Francis and the hope that inspires in so many for your great mercy.
We pray that you have mercy on him at this time of illness and we ask you to guide the medical staff that takes care of him.
Given peace and healing. For Christ Our Lord.
