In a telegram of condolences sent this Friday morning, Pope Francis expressed his deep sadness for the victims of the shooting at a university in Prague (Czech Republic), where at least 15 people were killed and dozens more were injured.
On the afternoon of Thursday, December 21, an armed man broke into the Faculty of Philosophy of the Charles University, in the capital of the Czech Republic, causing the death of 15 people and twenty others injured.
In the telegram, signed by the Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Pope Francis expresses his spiritual closeness “to all those affected by this tragedy.”
