Moments before the end of the General Audience this Wednesday, the faithful and Pope Francis enjoyed a joyful and colorful circus show.
The exhibition was carried out by the artists participating in the Italian Circus Talent Festival that takes place in Rome from November 30 to December 4.
Pope Francis thanked this “moment of joy” and specified that “the circus shows a dimension of the human soul, gratuitous joy, simple joy made with the mystique of play.”
