Pope Francis addressed the Vatican employees and to thank them for their work, which they carry out above all “in daily secrecy, often carrying out things that may seem insignificant and that, on the other hand, contribute to offering a service to the “Church and society.”
Later, he stressed the need to give “Christian witness” with the same simplicity of Jesus and affirmed that “goodness, even if it is hidden and invisible, grows without making noise.”
“Goodness grows without making noise, it multiplies unexpectedly and spreads the perfume of joy. Do not forget: good grows without making noise and gives that peace, that joy to the heart, which is so beautiful,” he noted.
