According to the Salesian information agencythe institute opened on September 12 is located in the Salesian Church Don Bosco de Nazareth. The director of the Center for Studies is Fr. Mounir al-Rai SDB, who said that the inauguration has been “a day blessed, in which the mind meets the spirit and knowledge meets faith.”

“This is a wonderful day and the culmination of an ancient vision. This is something new that represents the voice of the Church in Galilee,” said Cardinal Pizzaballa at the inauguration.

“We discuss this initiative with the Catholic Bishops Council and we conclude in the need for a theological center that serves the faithful, especially adults, since what we receive from children is not enough,” he added.
“We need to deepen our faith. The more we deepen the Church and faith, the deeper it is rooted in our hearts,” said the patriarch.
