Join from the place where you are “one million rosaries for Colombia”

This Tuesday, October 7, at 7:00 p.m., Colombians are invited to join “one million rosaries for Colombia”, the prayer initiative that can be carried out from the parish, the home or the place where it is located.

It is an initiative of the movement Pray for Colombia and that brings together Catholic groups and digital missionaries, with the intention to unite the country with the prayer of the rosary and ask the Virgin Mary to intercede by the nation that is still beaten by violence.

The promoters indicate that there are several ways to participate: attending one of the allied parishes, praying on their own and registering it In the Rosario Accountantas well as joining the ambassadors of the initiative in their virtual rosaries.

Among the 50 Allied parishes are San Nicolás de Tolentino, Jesus Christ Redeemer, Our Lady of Pilar and San Pedro Apostle (Bogotá); San Ignacio de Loyola de Terrón and Our Lady of Hope (Cali); the Basilica of Our Lady of Chiquinquirá; San Juan María Vianney, Our Lady of Guadalupe, San Vicente de Paúl and the Cathedral Our Lady Immaculate (Neiva).

Among those who add to the initiative are the result of the Madero, the door of the side, the vicaria Misericordioso, Nany Ayala, Impulso 5, Santa Ardila, workers of Jesus, and many others.

In the call, Colombians are encouraged to move forward with faith, hope and joy.

“Today Colombia faces a horrible night. A night full of fear of the past, of restless hearts, of grudges for healing and forgiveness to deliver. We are in a battle that is not seen, it feels. A battle with which it was not dealt with in the streets or in the fields, was dealt with in the heart of each of the Colombians.”

“It is the most difficult battle, the most important battle, the biggest battle. The battle in which we have to decide to overcome evil and give our hearts and our homeland to our Lord,” the organizers point out.
