“She goes out carried by the good news, carried by the message of Jesus, so she is a totally missionary woman who goes out to proclaim this good news without measure.”
“It seems to me that today a great inspiration for Catholic women is Mary Magdalene, disciple and missionary, and today, specifically in what we are experiencing, it seems to me that we are called to be bridges between different realities,” she considered.
In that sense, she encouraged us to “be bridges and also be women on the way out, to go beyond the paradigms, to go beyond our strength, to go beyond our possibilities, after the command of Jesus, after the love of Jesus, after a more human humanity.”
“To be missionary disciples, to be bridges, to be women on the move and to be humanizers in search of fraternity, in search of communion, among ourselves and with God,” the nun summarized.
