In a note sent to ACI Press, Amen Digital explains that his goal is to “sensitize young people, parents, grandparents, educators and laity consecrated on the challenges of the digital environment and artificial intelligence.”
To do this, one of the issues will be about the life of Carlo Acutis, the adolescent who used the Internet to spread the Eucharistic Miracles and who will be canonized on September 20.

“The themes will have an axis of reflection and will be treated in the eyes of Christ, that is, according to the sacred Scriptures and the Catholic tradition,” says the Amen Digital Foundation. To do this, he has brought together digital experts from several countries, including priests, consecrated religious, influencers Catholics and digital missionaries.
The organizers explain that “the framework of the Congress is the final document of the second session of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of the Bishops, with a special accent in the points related to digital issues.”
They also announce that Congress is free “for young people under 28, priests and religious.”
