More than 700 people will come as missionaries this Holy Week in Spain to help celebrate the mysteries of the Passion to parishes in need through the Youth and Missionary Family apostolate of Regnum Christi.
The 741 missionaries (160 of them young people) will go, from Holy Wednesday to Easter Sunday, to 18 locations distributed in 10 Spanish provinces, some of them in the so-called “Empty Spain” where there are parish priests who serve 25 towns.
Specifically, the 134 families will be present in the provinces of Albacete, Ávila, Cáceres, Cantabria, Córdoba, Guadalajara, León, Madrid, Murcia and Valencia, where they will support the parish priests in whatever they need, who during these dates must add to their usual pastoral tasks, the celebration of the liturgical acts of Holy Week.
