The priest explained that “it is one thing to put yourself in danger: to do spiritualism, magic, deal with unknown forces,” but “it is another thing to always live in fear.”
To achieve tranquility, he encouraged, we must seek the good. “Goodness is so loving, so powerful, that it is what gives us peace of mind.”
As Father Fortea suggests, if someone thinks they have been the victim of a curse, “it is always advisable to go to an exorcist, if it is easy. The exorcist does not need much time to pray and see whether or not there is a spirit.”
“The exorcist will not know if they have put a curse on him, unless he has a gift, which is very rare. But he will see if there is a spirit, and if there is a spirit he will pray for it once or several times, until that spirit comes out,” he noted.
