The French Prosecutor’s Office has ordered a medical examination on the actor’s state of health Alain Delon88, to determine whether to place him under judicial protection as his eldest son’s lawyer had requested in the midst of a complicated family conflict.
The prosecutor of Montargis, near the town of Drancy, where the former monument of French cinema resides, said in a statement that he has received two different demands regarding the urgency of placing the actor under judicial protection due to his alarming state of health.
Given this, a doctor will examine Delon’s situation before responding to that request.
Alain Delon’s lawyer, Christophe Ayela, requested two days ago judicial protection for his client given “the dangerous situation” that his health is in after the abrupt interruption of medical treatments in the midst of the conflict between his children, as the diary Le Figaro.
Ayela is also the lawyer of the actor’s daughter, Anouchka, in open conflict with her stepbrother Anthony, the eldest, and with her brother Alain-Fabien, the youngest.
The other demand to the prosecutor to place his father under guardianship comes from Anthony, according to the statement from the Prosecutor’s Office.
In a letter sent to Montargis’ prosecutor, Ayela requests that a Swiss doctor examine the actor to decide what measures to take in relation to his state of health, as well as to obtain his consent whether or not to apply therapeutic treatment.
Ayela alludes in her application to having access to an “alarming letter” from Alain’s Swiss doctor. Delonin which he warned of the “lack of continuity of medical care in France.”
Given Delon’s deteriorating state of health and the numerous pathologies he suffers from, the lawyer sees a need for “regular follow-up” with “periodic examinations, care and check-ups.”
To do this, it seems essential that he “continue the treatment that he started during his last stay” in the Swiss clinic he attended in June 2021.
The only one who seems to agree with Ayela’s approach is Anouchka, daughter of Delon and the Dutch model Rosalie van Breemen, who was the actor’s partner between 1987 and 2001.
On the contrary, the behavior of his brothers Anthony and Alain-Fabien, always according to the lawyer, “risk causing the premature death of Alain Delon”, who was born in 1935.
Ayela denounces in her petition to the Prosecutor’s Office that these two brothers, in conspiracy against Anouchka, have appointed a general practitioner “who has no competence.”
In this regard, he states that Anthony Delon has decided to administer his father a regimen based on “fruit and vegetable juices prescribed by a naturopath” because in his view his father “should no longer receive real treatment, but only palliative care.”
What your daughter wants
Anouchka, for her part, wants to take her father to Swiss so that he can be treated for his illnesses. That is, “neither palliative care nor terminal care.”
This new procedure before the Montargis Prosecutor’s Office, which adds to the complaints between the brothers themselves for defamation (Anouchka has sued Anthony) and for the concealment of the medical tests to which their father was subjected (Anthony has done the same against Anouchka), seeks the appointment of “a legal representative” to protect Alain Delon from the decisions of his two children.
Another aspect that the lawyer considers “deserves an investigation” is the violation of medical confidentiality by the naturopath who is treating Alain Delon.
The doctor would have transmitted the entire Swiss medical file to the actor’s eldest son, with whom he had a “non-professional” relationship last summer.
