Born in October 1982 in Warsovia (Poland), Ania traveled to Italy in search of an opportunity for professional and vital development, where she exercised as a model and gained fame in the country, becoming in the surroundings of President Silvio Berlusconi, since she maintained a relationship with her nephew, Apollo Enricco Beretta, son of the president’s sister.
In 2010 the scandal broke out flowers On private parties in which Berlusconi participated and on which accusations of prostitution, abuse of power and corruption were made. Condemned in 2013, the president was acquitted in 2015, because it could not be proven that he knew that one of those involved was a minor.
In a recent interview with El Diario Printing, Goledzinowska explains that, although it was not related to this circumstance, the scandal affected him deeply.
So much, that he decided to move to Medjugorje (Bosnia Herzegovina), where he lived three years in a religious community and rediscovered the faith and value of purity, which led him to found in 2011 Cuore Piuri Italy and write several books about this virtue.
His interior anxiety caused Fray Cipriano de Meo, Capuchino and Exorcist priest, a disciple of St. Pius of Pietrelcina. At first, the Franciscan considered that he should consult with a psychiatrist. However, something unexpected happened when blessing it.
“When he put my hands on top of everything. There were six people in the room and they couldn’t stop me. My head took a 180 degree turn and threw myself against the Ciprian father with a superhuman force, insulting him and cursing him with male voices that had nothing to do with mine,” says the exmodel.
Thus he continued a period of conversion to the Catholic faith and of intense struggle with the demon, with weekly exorcisms, directed by Fr. De Meo, Fr. Gabriele Amorth, founder of the International Association of Exorcistas, and Fr. Antonio Mattatelli, exorcist of the Diocese of Trico (Italy).
“Back after exorcisms to ordinary life was devastating”
Withdrawal in Medjugorje, every seven days he took the ferry to Italy to be blessed with the Catholic Ministry of exorcism. For her it was especially painful: “Many victims of possession say they don’t remember anything. I, unfortunately, I remember everything. It was as if the brain departed. Back after exorcisms to ordinary life was devastating because they were two opposite realities.”
In parallel, he asked some psychiatrists for help and even became admitted for 15 days, but he had no schizophrenia or psychiatric disorders and psychoopharmaceuticals did not take any effect.
In Medjugorje, he married a man, but the sacrament was declared void, “because he had hidden important truths,” says the exmodel. Thus, he decided to return to Italy, to Milan, but far from the luxury of yesteryear. He lived in a small room in a house shared with seven other people.
There he met again with Berlusconi’s nephew and tried to rebuild their previous relationship. It was not possible.
“You can lose everything if you have no faith”
Over seven years, Ania Goledzinowska has remained away from the spotlights and an environment that “although it gave me so much, emptied me and did not leave me free to be myself. The wealth in which I was immersed and the visibility of the situation created a void in me instead of filling it.”
“Later I realized that what was missing was spirituality. You can lose everything if you have no faith. What you own fades if, like me, you feel raped in the soul,” as it happened to her.
Part of this experience shared it last May in the international course of exorcism and liberation prayer that took place in the Pontifical Regina Apostolorum Athenaeum in Rome.
Next September his new book is published in Italy Face to face with the demon. A real story in which he narrates in detail the hundreds of hours of exorcisms, many of which were recorded and she has shared them through Your Facebook page.
