Encounter Magdala, the spiritual pilgrimage of Holy Land, will arrive in Madrid (Spain) for its 2025 edition, with the motto “Duc in Altum: paddling towards hope.”
The pilgrimage event, which brings together a large number of pilgrims every year, has its usual headquarters in the Holy Land. In statements to ACI Press, Fr. Juan María Solana Lc, director of Magdala, stressed that this event is “an encounter: with God, with himself, with others.” “We try to bring the Holy Land to Madrid so that in that environment that encounter can be given,” he says.
The event could also become a meeting point or a hub For young people from different parts of the world who have their eyes on the jubilee of young people with Pope Francis, which will be held in Rome from July 28 to August 3.
