Many families who keep Christmas decorations at home, even after the celebration of the Baptism of the Lord, can preserve them with a simple prayer, imbued with the deep meaning of faith.
The Primate Archdiocese of Mexico shared the following prayer to remove the decorations and the Christmas tree:

Lord Jesus, after
to decorate our homes with colored lights and various
objects that remind us of the joy of your birth,
The time has come to save them.
And we do it full of hope
that next year,
When you take them out of their boxes again,
fill again with peace and tenderness
Christmas time.
In the meantime, give us strength and courage
to live your Word and communicate to everyone
that You are with us always,
no matter the time
nor the circumstances.
