The demonic cult of the so-called “little black angel” has grown in Mexico City, especially in the world of organized crime. In this regard, a well-known Mexican priest warns: “this type of practice is a very serious sin.”
Reports from Mexican media report that the capital’s police have found altars and objects related to “little black angel”, as well as other satanic cults such as the so-called “Santa Muerte”, when intervening in houses and bases of criminals. The image of him is that of a small demon with a black face and prominent horns, sitting on a kind of throne. His fans claim that it is Lucifer himself.

“The devil turns them into his instruments of violence, death and destruction”
Father Hugo Valdemar, a priest who until a few years ago was penitentiary canon of the Primate Archdiocese of Mexico, for which he was in charge of absolving very serious sins such as desecration, pointed out that those who fall into the clutches of satanic cults “naively think “That the devil has no demands, that they can do whatever they want, act with impunity and nothing will happen to them because he protects them.”
“In addition, they think that they can use the devil to achieve their ends, but what they do not realize in their spiritual blindness is that it is the other way around, the devil turns them into his instruments of violence, death and destruction, and in the end he will make them pay a very high price: their destruction and eternal damnation.”
For Father Valdemar, it is tempting for criminals to fall into these practices, because “the devil does not demand conversion from them, and criminals feel justified in their atrocities. But in the end they will face divine justice and pay for their evils.”
The Mexican priest, today parish priest of the San Isidro Labrador parish, warned that “those who do not live in the grace of God, live in serious sin and are far from the sacraments are very vulnerable to this type of satanic rituals.”
As a penitentiary canon, he recalled, in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Mexico he received “many people with very serious conditions caused by spells, hexes and witchcraft, which he had to refer to the exorcists. The evil done through witchcraft is real and can lead people to death.”
“A good job”: Warn those who fall into these practices
Father Valdemar highlighted that “this type of practices are a very serious sin” that sooner or later “will affect those who practice them, they are a boomerang.”
For the priest, “a good job” that the Catholic faithful can do “would be to warn people who carry out these practices of the serious danger they are in, and that they expose their souls to eternal damnation.”
