He also emphasized the differences he had with President Victor Blanco and that in the last two years, he had been left out of the making of several decisions, with which he did not agree. “Decisions have been made without me having been consulted. I have not agreed with many of them, but to avoid conflicts that harm the institution, I have preferred to remain silent”wrote.
