The presentation in Congress of the extensive omnibus bill has several articles aimed at changes in the automotive industry regulations.

And it goes on to clarify that each provincial authority “may delegate the verification to the official concessionaires of the manufacturers or importers or to workshops authorized for these purposes, maintaining strict control.”
Although this is in the law, so far control is centralized in authorized plants by the companies that provide the service.
The decentralization of the service could not only facilitate and give the user the freedom to choose the most convenient location, it would also diversify the offer for avoid excessive demand for shifts.
