The Catholic Link web portal invites you to participate in its free event “Spiritual Refresh” to “rediscover inner peace” and start 2025 in the best way, which is also the year of the Jubilee of Hope.
In a note sent to ACI Prensa, Catholic Link points out that this event, which offers a series of concrete tools to “heal, grow in faith and transform your life,” will be a space to learn to connect with God and “ “Ask Him what He dreams for us, how to hand over our projects to Him, how to discern the path that He proposes to us and that will make us fully and truly happy.”

The event has three moments. The first is titled “Closing cycles with God” and will be directed by Nicté Sánchez, where “we will explore how to reconcile ourselves with the past and open ourselves to the work of the Holy Spirit.”
The second is called “Un spiritual and personal life plan”, led by psychologist and integral coach Verónica Neuenschwander, who will share “strategies to chart a path towards holiness, ordering priorities, establishing goals and understanding how to put together an agenda with purpose.”
The third moment is called “Rediscovering God in a noisy world” and is a panel in which the Ecuadorian priest Juan Carlos Vásconez will participate, as well as the Spanish consecrated woman of Regnum Christi Tais Gea, and the Ecuadorian psychotherapist and Master in Liberal Arts from the University of Navarra, Eliana Cevallos, in which “we will reflect on the value of silence in the relationship with God, the distractions that distance us from Him and how to return the look at Him in 2025.”
“Spiritual Refresh,” Catholic Link emphasizes, “is not just another event, but an opportunity to stop, look inward and rediscover what truly matters.”
The event will be held online and free of charge on Saturday, January 25, from 10:00 (Lima, Quito and Bogotá time), 09:00 am CDMX; and 12:00 p.m. from Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
