In dialogue with ACI Prensa, Bishop Chomalí warned about the “extremely complex” situation, both from a political and social point of view, that exists in Venezuela. In this regard, he expressed: “We, Catholics, are convinced that conflicts are resolved with dialogue, and above all they are resolved with prayer.”
For this reason, with the prayer of the Rosary called for this afternoon, they will ask for “the gifts of the Holy Spirit, so that there is wisdom, so that there is prudence, so that there is unrestricted respect for the dignity of the human being.”
Finally, the prelate assured that “the best service that we can offer today to the world and to all countries in conflict is prayer, because the Lord is capable of opening hearts in complex situations to find paths of dialogue, paths of understanding, paths of peace.”
