Cardinal José Luis Lacunza, Bishop of David (Panama) has apologized at the end of the Sunday Mass celebrated in the Cathedral of San José this February 4, 2024, after being found safe and sound after remaining missing for two days .
The Cardinal, from the ambo, addressed those present in the following terms: “I want to offer you my apology and ask for your forgiveness for the displeasure I caused you in recent days. Without offering details of what happened during the time in which her disappearance was reported, she stated: “It was a stupid ploy. That I didn’t do them when I was 15 years old and I have done it now when I am going to turn 80. How outrageous! “The older you are, the more stupid you are.”
