The Catholic Association of Propagandists (ACdP) has launched a campaign that aims to overcome some controversies around Holy Week in Spain and that invites us to focus on what is essential: “He died for your sins, even if you live as if he did not exist.”
The ACdP, as on previous occasions, has contracted commercial advertising spaces to place posters with its proposal, this time in 10 cities in Andalusia, whose Holy Week processions are known throughout the world.
The poster depicts a Christ humiliated by the Roman soldiers in his Passion, who put a crown of thorns on him, gave him a reed as a scepter and covered him with a cloak to mock his royalty.
