A report from the accommodation platform Booking revealed that Buenos Aires was chosen by the traveling community of its global network such as first trending destination to visit in Latin America in 2024.
In the global ranking, Rio de Janeiro appears as the second most sought-after city to visit and stay; and Santiago de Chile, in third place.

The Argentine capital is also on the podium of international destinations preferred by travelers from neighboring countries who use Booking, for this month of July.
The searches focused on Trips planned between July 6 and 28which does not imply that they are going to materialize, but it shows the trend.
In the case of Brazilians intending to travel in July, the city of Santiago de Chile appears first, and Buenos Aires is relegated to second place.
In the desire of Uruguayan travelers, Buenos Aires is the first destination to travel. And, in the searches of Chileans, Rio de Janeiro appears first, and CABA second.
The City of Buenos Aires surprised the people of Buenos Aires, once again, by “painting” the Obelisk violet.Among the Argentines who sought destinations within the country for the winter holidays, it also appears Buenos Aires as the first option, Bariloche and Mendoza follow behind.
