The priest stated that he tries to motivate the Men’s Rosary, “because over the years they have lost themselves a little. But I try to show them their origins, encourage them to pray, guide them, stimulate them, because I think it is a very good thing.”
“I have no doubt that the Rosary helps the family to be more united and overcome the many problems that arise. Prayer does not exempt us from problems and difficulties, but it gives us the strength to overcome them,” he stated.
Father Manoel Luiz shared that he has not yet had the opportunity to participate in the Men’s Rosary pilgrimage, but hopes to be able to go one day. He left a message of perseverance to the “tertiaries” (members of the movement) throughout Brazil.
“What I say to men: persevere. Even if it is a small group, the yeast is always small and the mass larger, but if the yeast is good, it infects the entire mass and makes it grow. Perseverance and the certainty of “that the presence of the Mother of God will strengthen us and show us the path that leads us to her Son Jesus, because Mary leads us to Jesus and in Jesus we find ourselves in divine filiation, and therefore participants in the glory of God,” he concluded. .
