The Nuestra Señora de la Victoria parish and María Rosa Mística Sanctuary, in the city of La Plata, suffered the theft of the crown of the image of the Virgin.
The event occurred on Wednesday, February 21, when one or more strangers broke into the archdiocesan sanctuary, taking the crown that was about three meters high, above the image of María Rosa Mystica that receives numerous visits every day.
The priest of the parish, located at the intersection of 23rd and 54th streets in the provincial capital, Father Henry Zegarra, left a message on social networks asking for its return.
