On Wednesday, April 3, the presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni confirmed that layoffs in the State are around “15,000”, increasing tension between the Government and the workers’ unions, which carry out strikes, stoppages, mobilizations and taking over buildings as a sign of protest.
Among the affected organizations, in addition to the Télam agency, are the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (Conicet), the Ministry of Health and the National Social Security Administration (ANSES).
