After the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, sent a letter to Pope Francis inviting him to visit his homeland, local media reported this Friday that the president will travel to Rome to have a private audience with the Pontiff.
According to the portal Infobaethe meeting will take place within the framework of the canonization ceremony of María Antonia de Paz and San Joséthe first Argentine saint, scheduled for February 11.
The private audience, meanwhile, would be scheduled for the morning of February 10, and the president is expected to arrive in Rome accompanied by a small entourage.
