“We sing the word, we sow hope,” is the motto of the II National Music Contest inspired by the Word of God, which summons singers, musicians and composers of Argentina.
Organized by the National Department of Animation and Biblical Pastoral of the Argentine Episcopal Conference (CEA), with the collaboration of the Biblical Equipment of the Pastoral Animation of the Litoral Region and the Archdiocese of Rosario, the contest will reward songs that address the concept of hope.

The initiative aims to promote and strengthen biblical animation through musical expression and the composition of new works, as well as encouraging the creation of original songs with a solid biblical content, which combine theological depth with its application to current life.
In addition, the proposal plans to discover and publicize musical talents that contribute to spread the message of hope that comes from the Word of God.
The participating pieces must be unpublished compositions both in lyrics and in music, in Spanish, and inspiration should come from a biblical text, respecting their theological message.
Participants must be older than 18 years, and can be presented in a solo, in duos or groups, with a single original and unpublished song, in MP3 audio file format, with adequate technical quality, and the letter in PDF format.
Those who wish to register can present their songs until August 31, 2025, completing This form and sending the song by email to concursonacionaldenapbi@gmail.com.
The process will consist of an instance of pre -selection of two songs by region, in charge of a regional jury composed of musicians, theologians and biblical animators of the regional biblical animation team (ABP). The two winners of the regional instance will participate in the national final.
The final will take place at the Virgen del Rosario College, in the city of Rosario (Santa Fe) on October 11. The transfers of the semifinalists will not be assumed by the organizers of the contest.
The winner will take a prize of 500,000 Argentine pesos (about 400 US dollars) on the same day of the contest, and there will be special mentions for the second and third place.
