The Congress of Aguascalientes (Mexico) approved during the early hours of Friday, December 15, the decriminalization of abortion up to 12 weeks of pregnancy, something that the National Front for the Family described as an act that legalizes “the industry and business of death.” ”.
The resolution was carried out in a private session, through a vote whose details have not yet been publicly revealed.
Alan David Capetillo Salas, specialist in Constitutional Law and spokesperson for the National Front for the Family (FNF) in Aguascalientes, told ACI Prensa that “public representatives should never hide, much less to legislate. Whatever they did, their responsibility was to stand up and do it in front of society.”
