Located in a country of La Plata, in a back batch to the golf court, the house L210 Miralagos 2 Take the most of mandatory retreats and the integration of the outer green spaces to the interiors.
The design is from the study STUDY R2 ARQdirected by the architects Ariel Rouco and Martín Milicchio, who for this work were associated with the architect Javier Colasuonno.
The authors sought to give greater visual amplitude to the environments, through patios, complete windows from floor to ceiling, blasting and semi -covered with large lights and elements such as parasols to siege visuals. The functional clarity, economic, constructive and formal rationality, were the keys.
The house develops in A single plant. A double garage shares the semi -discovered of the main income of the house marked by a succession of four glazed roof modules; It also allows a service income from the garage to the laundry/pantry and from there to the kitchen.
Once the main income is crossed, the entrance hall leads to being-dining room, the main environment of the house with windows towards the bottom of the lot. The kitchen is integrated into this environment through a breakfast island. Towards the opposite beer and Playroom end complements the space.
On one of the sides and towards the front of the house the private housing sector with two bedrooms and their service is developed; and the main room en suite with dressing room.
