The new Outlander is manufactured at the Mitsubishi plant in Okazaki, Japan and is imported and distributed by Mitsu-Motors, a company of the Antelo Group in Argentina.

The new SUV is offered to the market with a list price of $61,000. This represents about 14 thousand dollars less than a Toyota SW4, which is manufactured in the country; than a Volkswagen Tiguan, which does not pay import tariffs because it is made in Mexico; and 12 thousand less than a Nissan X-Trail, a model with which it shares a platform and engine.
