Likewise, “those priests, nuns and lay people will be designated who, from the various areas of the Permanent Secretariat of the Colombian Episcopate (SPEC), will strategically and operationally lead the materialization of the mission of the Colombian Church.”
For this, 78 active bishops will meet, including the diocesan administrators of Duitama, Vélez and Santa Rosa de Osos and the Apostolic Provicar of Guapi; as well as twelve emeritus prelates.
