On July 1, the ordinary public consistory on some causes of canonization will be held from 9:00 am; while on July 7 Pope Francis will make a pastoral visit to Trieste, in northeastern Italy.

In that city the Holy Father will participate in the closing of the 50th Social Week of Catholics in Italy, which will have as its motto “In the heart of democracy. Participate between history and the future”, and which will take place from July 3 to 7.

Pope Francis will then preside over the Mass and the Angelus prayer in Unidad Plaza.

From September 2 to 13, Pope Francis will travel to Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Singapore.

Specifically, the Holy Father will travel to Jakarta (capital of Indonesia) from September 3 to 6; to Port Moresby (capital of Papua Guinea) and Vanimo (capital of Sandaun province, in northwestern Papua New Guinea) from the 6th to the 9th; Dili (capital of East Timor) from the 9th to the 11th; and the city of Singapore from September 11 to 13.

From September 26 to 29, the Holy Father will travel to Luxembourg and Belgium.

On Thursday, September 26, Pope Francis will land in Luxembourg and that same day, until Sunday the 29th, he will visit three Belgian cities: Brussels, Leuven and Leuven la Neuve.

The Holy Father will make this trip within the framework of the 600th anniversary of the University of Louvain, founded in 1425.
